2. Game data

Ramen Master Challenge stores progress, coins, decorations, preferences and personal records on your device. There are no developer-operated game accounts, advertising or analytics SDKs, or developer-operated game servers. The app does not sync progress between devices.

Storage provides the game and your requested preferences (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Local data remains until app data is deleted; operating-system backups may hold separate copies. Restoring a purchase does not restore progress.

3. Apple purchases

Apple processes purchases and payments. The app requests product prices and purchase status through StoreKit and verifies the unlock. The developer does not receive card or bank details. Unlock verification performs the purchase contract (Article 6(1)(b)). Apple's transaction records and retention rules are independent of local progress.

4. Optional Game Center

If you enable Game Center, the app sends qualifying leaderboard results to Apple. It stores your game-specific identifier, records and pending submissions locally to associate scores with the correct account. Your profile and scores appear according to Game Center settings. The developer may view public rankings and Apple's administration interfaces.

This provides the leaderboard feature you request (Article 6(1)(b)). You can play without Game Center and sign out in system settings. Signing out or deleting the app does not automatically delete submitted results. For Apple access and deletion options, visit privacy.apple.com. Apple's services are covered by Apple's privacy policy.

5. Email support

When you contact us, we process your email address, supplied name, message and voluntary attachments to answer your request. Contract-related support uses Article 6(1)(b); other enquiries use our legitimate interest in responding, Article 6(1)(f). Our mailbox uses Apple iCloud Mail.

We retain correspondence as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, then delete it unless legal retention obligations or legal claims require further retention. Please do not send passwords or full payment details.

6. This website

This information site is hosted using OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers process technical connection data, such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Our basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, accessible support site (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not embed our own analytics, advertising or tracking services. Our page code does not set cookies or use local browser storage. Hosting-platform processing is separate. See OpenAI's privacy information and Cloudflare's privacy policy for their retention, safeguards and international processing. We do not create an additional copy of access logs.

7. Recipients and international processing

Depending on the feature, Apple (Store, Game Center and email), OpenAI and Cloudflare (website) participate in processing. Processing may occur outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. The providers explain applicable transfer grounds and safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, in the linked privacy notices.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing for reasons relating to your particular situation. Any consent may be withdrawn for the future. Contact the controller above to exercise these rights.

You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision. We do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Without information in a support request, we may be unable to answer it. An email address is not required for local gameplay.
